The mood that Aries energy inspires is one of progress. Today you may feel inclined to try new things, to look straight ahead and move in that direction. However, something good to remember when this Aries energy is present is to think before acting because of the Marsian rulership of this sign. Naturally Aries influences an impulse to act first and through learning and ramming into a wall to many times and remembering how badly that felt....the Ram learns to think before charging. So...as today progresses, before you leap, stop and think what your best plan for action will be. In the early morning hours before 6:58 a.m. you may want to take it slow. You may feel as if you are ready to dive into action this morning however what you might experience is a lot of emotional frustration as you try to put things in motion. The Moon in Aries is forming a square to Pluto in Capricorn which makes it hard to accomplish what you feel like accomplishing. This energy is the universe's way of saying "slow down and think, look inside of yourself and examine what really is most important right now"? You may find emotionally that it will be much easier this morning if you decide to let go of trying to control the outcome of any situation. Today at exactly 12:06 p.m. (noontime) the energy of the New Moon in Aries will be exact. This is a great time to start something that you want to succeed in. Either 1/2 hour before 12:06 p.m. or 1/2 hour after is recommended for success. But don't forget we are in a Venus retrograde period. Venus is moving backward through Aries which means that you will find most success by looking inward in areas which have to do with security, love, finances, resources and beauty. Until April 17th...look inward for your answers in these areas. If you decided to take action on something that has been introduced to you, you may find when the retrograde is over that you wished you had waited! But by all means if you want to start a new project or build something new or take action on an idea that you have been thinking about ... this afternoon will be great timing! Remember yesterdays article, due to the trining aspects that the stellium (gathering) of planets in Aries is forming to the South Node in Leo, the door is open to draw upon, hook into and remember what you have created in the past. That is, the things that have touched your heart, the things that you have spent time creating, the things that you have enjoyed and had fun with. Now is the time to tap into those things and bring them forth, work with them, have fun developing further what you have created or enjoyed so much in your past. In the period of time before 3:15 p.m. the Moon in Aries will be conjunct Venus retrograde in Aries. Through this energy you may feel a sense of courage and self-renewal. You may realize or remember something from the past which gave you a feeling of being loved.
